What data we store
- Account information (name, email address)
- Shipping and billing addresses
- Order history (retained for accounting purposes)
- Any saved preferences or account settings
What happens when you delete
- Your name and email are replaced with anonymized placeholders
- You are permanently logged out of your account
- Order history remains in our system for legal and accounting purposes, but is no longer linked to your identity
- This process is completed within 30 days of your request
